Daily rental hire fee - R850.00 (incl vat) 3-7 days

Wheels for Hire does not provide drivers or guides. We are providing a vehicle hire service only and do not arrange itineraries.

Terms & Conditions 

• Designated driver must be in possession of valid PDP (proof required)

• Settlement of account prior to delivery.

• All damages to be reported to Wheels for hire immediately

• All damages to be repaired by Wheels for hire approved service providers.

• Wheels for Hire reserves the right to determine the standards of all repairs

• Mechanical damage due to abuse or driver error is not covered by Wheels for hire and is for the clients account.

• Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be re-fueled on return.

• Client is liable for the cost of refueling. A penalty of R100.00 is payable should the vehicle be returned not re-fueled.

• Client is liable for all toll fees, cross border permits and traffic violation fines that may occur during the hiring period.

• Wheels for Hire will not accept liability for any lost, stolen or misplaced personal items.

• Vehicles to be used only for the purpose stated and hired for. 

Insurance:

• All minibuses have passenger liability of R 1.25 million

• Passenger liability insurance only valid if driver (guide) is in possession of a valid PDP.

• Comprehensively insured: Client liable for excess of R 7 500.00 or full amount if damage is less than R 7 500.00

The vehicle includes the following:

• Power steering.

• Air conditioning

• Intercom system

• Smash & grab - window protection.

• Tow bar.

• Tracker System.
